You can ship an order to multiple addresses - but we must have a physical street address. We cannot accept a P.O. Box number as an address.

Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses with the same order?
Absolutely! After you've created an account for yourself, you'll come to a page where you can manage shipping addresses. This will allow you to ship SHS product to family and friends for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc. On the Manage Address page, click the button that says 'Add More Shipping Addresses' and simply add street addresses for each contact.

Do you have express shipping?
Yes, in addition to our standard UPS Ground shipping, we offer UPS 2nd day and UPS Standard Overnight shipping.
- UPS Ground: Your order will arrive 3 to 5 business days after leaving our production facility. Delivery is Monday through Friday.
- UPS 2nd Day: Your order will arrive 2 business days after leaving our production facility. Delivery is Monday through Friday.
- UPS Standard Overnight: Your order will arrive the next day after leaving our production facility. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship to APO and FPO address as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and Canada. For Canadian shipments, please email or 1.800.509.4662.
If you live outside the USA and wish to ship to a US state or territory, we can arrange to have your order set up with a foreign billing address and US shipping address by calling us at 1.800.509.4662.

How do you ship orders?
We use UPS as our primary delivery agent. In most cases, orders that ship from our production facility will arrive in approximately 3 to 5 business days. We process all non-personalized, in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
